These services are provided subject to your strict compliance with the protocols established in this document. Accessing our Service indicates a unilateral affirmation of these terms. 2. User Eligibility and Capacity

The tools provided on SwimHealth are intended for professional, academic, and personal use by individuals who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By utilizing this platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a corporate entity, educational institution, or governmental body, you further represent that you have the requisite legal authority to bind such an organization to these terms. SwimHealth reserves the right to terminate access to any user found to be in violation of age-restricted access or misrepresented authority.

3. Proprietary Rights and Intellectual Property

3.1. Ownership of Infrastructure

All elements of the SwimHealth platform, including but not limited to the underlying source code, forensic algorithms, JavaScript modules, visual interface design (CSS/HTML), branding elements, and the "SwimHealth" trademark, are the exclusive property of SwimHealth Tools Network. Our technology is protected by international copyright, patent, and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the tools for their intended purpose. Any attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, mirror, or harvest the logic behind our AI Content Detector or PDF Mapping Engines is a direct violation of this agreement and may lead to legal prosecution.

3.2. User-Uploaded Intellectual Property

SwimHealth adheres to a Zero-Ownership Policy. We do not claim, retain, or share any ownership rights over the intellectual property you upload to our servers for processing. Whether you are scanning a confidential legal brief for plagiarism or compressing sensitive medical imagery, the copyright remains exclusively yours.

Per our Forensic Purge Protocol, the Service acts only as a temporary conduit. Your data is not used to train AI models, nor is it stored in a searchable index.

4. AI Forensic and Plagiarism Detector Disclaimer

The Content Detector, Plagiarism Checker and other tools utilize sophisticated statistical modeling, including N-Gram analysis and Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI). It is imperative that users understand the probabilistic nature of these forensic utilities.

5. Data Integrity and Technical Safety Protocols

SwimHealth Tools operates under a "Digital Health" framework, ensuring that the documents processed through our hub remain untainted and secure.

5.1. Volatile Memory Processing (RAM)

To ensure maximum privacy, SwimHealth utilizes volatile RAM-based processing. When a user uploads a file for conversion or scanning, the data is loaded into the temporary memory of our USA-hosted secure instances. It is never written to persistent hard-drive storage unless required by specific batch-processing functions, which are governed by a secondary encryption layer.

5.2. The 60-Minute Purge Cycle

Every file processed on tools.swimhealth.net is subject to an automated 60-minute purge cycle. This means that precisely one hour after the final processing action, all traces of the document—including metadata—are permanently and irrecoverably erased from our server infrastructure.

6. Prohibited Conduct and System Abuse

To maintain the speed and accessibility of the Service for all users, SwimHealth enforces a strict "Fair Use" policy. You agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Automated Scraping: Using headless browsers, scripts, or bots to perform bulk conversions or scans without an authorized SwimHealth API key.
• Infrastructure Interference: Attempting to overwhelm our servers via Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or similar malicious techniques.
• Illegal Content: Uploading materials that contain child exploitation, terrorism-related propaganda, or data obtained through illegal hacking.
• Commercial Reselling: Using our free tools as a backend for your own paid service without express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SWIMHEALTH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. You agree to indemnify and hold SwimHealth Tools Network, its officers, employees, and data-center partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from the use of SwimHealth Tools shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Service shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
